Degustation notes
Bright yellow wine with golden hues, the fragrance is characterized by dried apricot, figs, and candied citrus peels.
The taste is striking for its delicate and silky sweetness, but well-balanced by an unexpected freshness bringing back sensations from the dawn of the Ledana harvest.
Wine and food pairing
Wine suitable for matching with aged cheese and foie gras, but also perfect on its own in a moment of relaxation. Few but valuable are the 250ml bottles, packaged and numbered individually by Katja in order to celebrate the event that has not happened since then.
