Degustation notes

Fine and continuous. The scent is full and enveloping, characterized by intense fruity notes and a strong minerality. The palate is excellent, long and persistent, distinguished by its remarkable freshness and great elegance.

Wine and food pairing

Sparking wine is an aperitif and it can also be consumed throughout the meal. It goes well with all types of fish dishes, elaborated and complex. An interesting juxtaposition to red meat and poultry as it enhances the aroma and immediately cleanses the mouth.
